Pharmacological effect

Expectorant of plant origin

The drug is a mixture of polysaccharides from the herb marshmallow, has an expectorant effect. Due to reflex stimulation, it increases the activity of the ciliated epithelium and peristalsis of the respiratory bronchioles in combination with increased secretion of the bronchial glands.

Indications
Acute and chronic respiratory diseases accompanied by a cough with difficult-to-separate sputum of increased viscosity (including tracheobronchitis, obstructive bronchitis, bronchiectasis, pneumonia) - as part of complex therapy.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, glucose-galactose malabsorption, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer. Children under 12 years of age.
