Khvanchkara (Georgian: ხვანჭკარა) is a famous Georgian naturally semi-sweet red wine produced in the Racha region from the Aleksandrouli and Mujuretuli grape varieties. It produces a bright ruby color, a complex aroma of raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, and almond, as well as a harmonious taste with berry notes and a slight acidity. It is served chilled with desserts.
