Teliani Valley Tvishi, a semi-sweet white wine, holds a protected designation of origin. It is made from single-year grapes harvested in the Tvishi appellation in the Racha-Lechkhumi region.

At the winery, the grapes were destemmed, crushed under a press, and pressed to extract juice, which was then fermented in steel.

The fermentation process took place at a controlled temperature but was interrupted by cooling to ensure the required amount of sugar remained in the must.
